The Challenge

We were contacted via our website by a construction business based in Hertfordshire who had a real desire to take their business to the next level but didn’t know where to start.

 

Coupled with their desire to grow the owners were also having to work 12-14 hour days, just to stay on top of the daily challenges.

 

The Solution

We worked with the client to determine where the root problems were in their business by completing our unique critical growth assessment.

 

On the back of this we firstly constructed a new vision for the business that included identifying new values, which then progressed into a bespoke growth plan.

 

Along their growth journey we placed particular focus on people/performance management and streamlining their ways of working including redesigning a number of their key processes.

 

The Result

  • The client now has a business which has already growth by 20% in the past 12 months
  • The owners are able to manage their workloads within normal office hours allowing them to enjoy a great work/life balance
  • Their key processes are now highly efficient and are able to support higher volumes than ever before
  • They now have a variety of tools embedded within their business to manage their people (including appraisal frameworks, interview toolkits, performance improvement plans, SMART objective tools etc)
